I really tried to enjoy it (based on positive reviews) but actually found it slightly annoying.

Well, well, well. If it isn't another Colleen Hoover one-star.

I wanted to love this finale. I liked the first novella, the second wasn't great, and this one was just devastating.

The reason behind why Charlie and Silas were constantly losing their memory was completely random. Invalid. Stupid. Pathetic. Everything about this series screamed "MONEY".

I couldn't find any sort of plotline in this book, and nothing about it was mysterious. Seriously. It's a total waste of time. No questions are answered, and the ending is irrational.

Even the romance aspect isn't that great. Thinking that one couple just isn't enough, the authors insert this thing going on between the two main characters' siblings too. WTF? Also, what is the significance of Cora and her mother??

Honestly, I wouldn't recommend this book to anyone. That is, unless you're looking for a boring, short read with kissing and make out scenes. In the end, it's just not worth it.

I am not much of a mystery person but this kept my attention to the point I haven't put it down since I downloaded it. Colleen Hoover is my new favorite author! A great YA read and even a good read for those of us that are just young at heart.

I liked part one. It's my first time trying a novella series like this, and it has not let me down.
In the past, I have had some issues with Colleen Hoover's books (a big example—November 9), but CoHo and Tarryn's piece of work has not disappointed me.
In the first part, there's a lot of mystery and romance at the same time, which makes it a totally satisfying read (for me, at least). It's quite a page-turner, and the plot is intricate and detailed, keeping you on the edge of your seat.
The only thing I was hoping for more of was that A BIT more answers would be given to us at the end of part one. I had so many questions at the end, and everything was just all over the place, especially because of the MASSIVE CLIFFHANGER (I repeat, MASSIVE!). I'm not gonna spoil anything, but it's an unexpected ending for part one. I'm looking forward to parts two and three, and I have really high hopes for them.

There is so much controversy about this book and there is a completely valid reason for it. This is the most ridiculous excuse to a conclusion of a "mystery" series. And the most obvious money making ploy I've seen.
I mean seriously? All three books start out the same. The first two were basically identical with a few alterations. This one concluded everything in the most YA way possible. You will understand once you read it.
Colleen Hoover, you can do better than this.

I ABSOLUTELY LOVED this book... It was a short read, fast.. like in 3 hours with interruptions but I really couldn't stop reading...It draws you in, it is a sweet, innocent look on love and brings you back to your first real love.. The way your mind may forget love but your body and heart does not... I love trying to guess and not knowing completely what happened and love how when you find out something it is just enough to really keep you hanging on and wanting to read the next page. I can't wait to read part 2.
